
Ingredients:
One cup water
1″ piece of fresh ginger
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar (for best result, use “with the mother” ACV)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Raw honey to taste
Boil the ginger in the water in a small saucepan for 5 minutes. (If you don’t have any ginger, just get the water up to almost boiling.) Remove ginger. Stir in the cider vinegar, cinnamon, and lemon juice (if using). Pour into a mug. Add honey–we use about a tablespoon, but use whatever works for you. Stir. Sip slowly to relieve indigestion.
