Ingredients:
1 cup crispy french onions, crushed
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup canned milk (regular milk will work too)
3 Tbs melted butter
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine dry ingredients in a pie plate. (Onions, flour, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and pepper.) Mix well. Pour milk into a bowl or shallow plate. Dip chicken in milk to coat, then dip into dry mixture, coating both sides well. Arrange coated breasts in 9×13 baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake 20-25 minutes, until tender and nicely browned and crispy.
